How to start microdosing mushrooms.
Stepping into the actual practice, begin your microdosing journey on a day free from major obligations.
This way, you can attune to your body’s response without external pressures.
It’s like listening to the soft hum of nature; you wouldn’t want the blare of everyday responsibilities drowning it out.
Although intuitive microdosing allows you to be flexible with your schedule, aim to have twice as many days off as on.
For example, in a week, you need to only microdose 1-2 times.
And it is good to give the body a break to not build up a tolerance and to have space and time to integrate as your psyche begins to open.
Microdose in the morning, as that is when the mind, brain, and upper chakras are most active and open.
Since a true microdose is one you indeed do not "feel", you will be able to go to work and live your life normally when on a microdose.
A true microdose can help you stay focused, present and creative at work. Just be aware you could also be more emotional in all the ways.
Take a month off from microdosing at a time, frequently.
The point is to allow the neurology and limbic brain to heal, and so periods of mutual stimulation and rest will create new neurological pathways.
Monitoring and adjusting your dose based on personal response is key. Remember, each person’s mental canvas responds differently.
Some may feel the dawn of heightened awareness almost immediately, while for others, it might unfurl slowly, like a morning bloom.
The goal is a harmonious symphony of thoughts, not a cacophonous uproar.
"Microdosing has the potential to enhance every aspect of your life.
If you have experienced trauma, the benefits of microdosing coupled with reverent therapy and inner work, have the potential to give you your life back.
The life which is your birthright to have.
What do you have to lose?
Except more of your life..."

Integration, integration, integration.
Always set an intention.
Integrate with at least one healing modality:
...to amplify the benefits of your microdosing journey.
Which integration modalities resonate with you?
Feel free to get creative and find other modalities which resonate with you.
Each integration practice stitches your experiences more intricately into the tapestry of daily life, enhancing the effects and embedding them more deeply into your being.
Is there a risk of retraumatization with psilocybin?
Yes.
But if you are surviving this world with untreated PTSD, especially from childhood, you are likely walking around this world being triggered, and therefore retraumatized by everything already anyway.
The way trauma works if left untreated is…
It shows up in every area of your life:
And leads to
If left untreated PTSD gets worse over time.
People surviving with untreated PTSD will find it difficult to function in society over time.
So, yes, revisiting some painful memories from the past is a necessary part of the healing journey with microdosing.
But left untreated, aren't you living life being retraumatized by the whim of every breeze, anyways?
How to start microdosing for PTSD, you ask?

Why not be brave and courageous and face those inner demons and allow your past to soften how to exist in this world?
The real secret of magic is that the world is made of words, and that if you know the words that the world is made of you can make of it whatever you wish.

Untreated traumas with microdosing mushrooms can feel very, very uncomfortable at times.
The mushrooms enhance everything that is already there for you to work on.
As I've written before, the mushrooms are like a mirror showing you where your own personal work is.
With microdosing and a reverent integration practice, the external triggers will begin to soften and you will be able to live with more ease with PTSD.
As you continue on your journey, keep an open dialogue with other microdosers. The community is vast and varied, with many having trodden this path before you.
Their insights can illuminate your path and provide reassurance as you navigate this new terrain.
Remain patient and persistent.
The effects of microdosing can be as delicate as a butterfly's wingbeat, but over time they can dance through your consciousness, revealing colors and patterns previously unseen.
Let each tiny dose deepen your appreciation of the present, turning ordinary moments into a canvas of sensory delights.
And remember: each step, no matter how small, is a part of a greater journey towards understanding and peace.
Dive deeper, learn continuously, and may your journey be as enlightening as it is gentle.
